Meet Rich Williams

Rich is a Project Manager at Charles Aris, Inc. and manages our Business Services practice. Rich works closely with companies in the business services industry, with a specialty in the Contract Security Sector.

A retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer, Rich began his recruiting career while serving in the U.S. Navy as a Recruiter-in-Charge. Prior to joining Charles Aris, Rich was a Naval Science Instructor for the N.J.R.O.T.C. unit of a local high school as well as having served over twenty years as a flight crewman on the Navy's P-3 aircraft, where he was certified as an aviation electronics/ordnance Master Training Specialist.

Rich's success in providing A level talent to his clients in the Business Services practice area comes from using his previous Naval recruiting experience combined with his current expertise and extensive experience with the Charles Aris 14-Step Priority Search process.

Rich received his Business Administration Bachelor's degree from Columbia College located in Columbia, Missouri.

Rich loves astronomy, and when he lived in Hawaii, he observed and catalogued 80 of the 103 Messier Objects.
