Meet Rich WilliamsRich is an Associate Leader at Charles Aris, Inc. A retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer, Rich began his recruiting career while serving in the U.S. Navy as a Recruiter-in-Charge. Prior to joining Charles Aris, Rich was a Naval Science Instructor for the N.J.R.O.T.C. unit of a local high school as well as having served over twenty years as a flight crewman on the Navy's P-3 aircraft, where he was certified as an aviation electronics/ordnance Master Training Specialist. Rich received his Business Administration Bachelor's degree from Columbia College located in Columbia, Missouri. Meet Ryan KrumroyRyan is a Senior Associate at Charles Aris, Inc who has worked cross functionally in strategy, finance, life science, retail, and industrial products. Ryan enjoys building relationships both with candidates and clients that yield tangible benefits to both quality of life and market success. Prior to joining Charles Aris, Ryan worked in multiple management positions with Enterprise Rent a Car for 8 years and spent 2 years professionally racing personal watercraft (Jet Skis). He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and has significant expertise in natural health and sustainable living. Meet Megan BarlowMegan Barlow is an Associate at Charles Aris. During her tenure, she has worked in manufacturing, chemicals, private equity, real estate, food science, healthcare, and specialty films industries. Megan works primarily in the financial sector and has made several senior financial placements. After finishing her Bachelor of Science in Wellness Management from Eastern Kentucky University and before joining Charles Aris, Megan was a personal trainer. Megan enjoys executive search because of the relationships built and knowing that she has helped not only her client, but her candidate as well.
